Refund Policy

We want you to love your Curio Wind pieces. If for any reason your order isn't exactly what you expected, you have a 30-day window from the date of delivery to initiate a return and request a refund.

1. General Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, all returned items must meet the following criteria:

• Condition: Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and clean.
• Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging.
• No Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

2. Standard Returns (Change of Mind)

If you wish to return an item for personal reasons (e.g., fit, style, change of mind):

• Shipping & Fees: You are responsible for arranging the return shipment and paying your chosen carrier directly.
• Customs & Duties: For returns sent from outside the EU, all customs and border procedures must be paid by the sender.
• Refund Amount: Please note that for standard returns, shipping costs, transaction fees, and any customs duties are non-refundable. Your refund will cover the cost of the product only.
• Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email and your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Every Curio Wind item is handmade and packed by humans. While we are very careful, mistakes can occasionally happen.

If you have received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please do not ship the item back immediately. Instead, follow these steps:

1. Contact us at info@curiowind.com within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Include your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
3. Our team will review your request and reply within 3 working days with specific instructions.

Note: For verified errors on our part, we will provide a full refund (including original shipping costs, and any customs duties) and cover return shipping expenses, provided a return is deemed necessary by our team.
